So tell me about where your storyline goes in the new season of Fringe.
You definitely find out more about my personal life and who I was before Fringe.
Is getting to know you before Fringe, is that going to be done through flashbacks?

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR CHARACTER, AGENT PHILLIP BROYLES, IN THE LAST SERIES OF FRINGE?
You got to see a lot more of his personal life, and what makes him tick. In the pilot and early episodes, he was more two-dimensional, but then his relationship with Olivia (Anna Torv) changed, and he became more human, more paternal.
IS HE AN ENJOYABLE CHARACTER TO PLAY?

YOU’RE ALSO IN LOST. IS IT HARD BEING IN PROGRAMMES LIKE THAT WHERE YOU CAN’T TALK ABOUT THE SERIES?
It can be. Well, Lost is a little harder because I actually know less about it and it’s harder to talk around stuff. The guys on Lost really are secretive.
