Ausiello: I can confirm that Charlie (the exiting Kirk Acevedo) does in fact appear in the premiere. I can also confirm that what happens to him will blow your frakkin’ mind.
No surprise that Francis will appear – Kirk Acevedo confirmed as much a few months ago. Let me posit a guess as to what will happen to him: he gets sucked into an alternate reality never to be seen or heard from again?
