FRINGE (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) – “6955 kHz”
Back “over here,” the Fringe Division investigates a bizarre phenomenon when 15 people up and down the Eastern Seaboard, all suffer retrograde amnesia from listening to their shortwave radios on the same frequency. Much to Walter’s dismay, Peter (Joshua Jackson) presses on with piecing together the mass destruction device. Just as alternate Olivia and Peter’s chemistry deepens, the anticipation of Olivia’s return escalates.

Yes, maybe it is the “second piece” of the doomsday machine and we saw on the promo of the episode Walter saying “It’s the key to the universe!” My guess is thator he’s going to find out what is that machine for or what can the piece do, whatever it is this is going to be a great episode!

Peter is in lust with a woman (Altlivia) who is pretending to be another (Olivia) who is not even remotely like Altlivia tries. He has spoken to the real Altlivia when he said “she’s nothing like you at all, thanks for the ride” and dismissed her immediately. Worst lust/love storyarc ever if they even hint Peter is going to be torn between Olivia and Altlivia. Olivia, please punch Peter in the face when you see him again, thanks.

Maybe Bolivia will fall in love for Peter a little.
As for Olivia’s return, is possible that peter somehow will perceive his Olivia, probably thanks to the tank experiment that will connect peter and olivia. It would be a cool way for peter to understand that he’s in love with the false Olivia!

Actually, I always thought that the one who tips Our Fringe Division off was Olivia herself. Not Scarlie, Lincoln or Alt!Broyles… The connection would make sense, if they link that like the Olivia/John (love) connection in Season 1. Good point!

Yes, I’ve been saying the same thing for weeks now too. It seems appropriate somehow that Olivia will be forced to more or less rescue herself. She’s always had to fall back on herself.

This may be exactly what Walternate is hoping for–it could tie into his universe-destroying plan as well as give Peter a stronger tie to the AU. But I keep thinking of Walter’s comment from season 1, “You two do know what condoms are for, don’t you?” or something to that effect.

“The anticipation for Olivia’s return” could just mean the audience’s anticipation, meaning Alt-livia makes a huge mistake.

We know from “The Road Not Taken” that Olivia can flash over to the other side briefly, although it’s never been explained how this occurs. The most likely explanation is that Roco is correct and the link between doubles (all doubles) is quite close. Because Olivia was treated with Cortexiphan and is therefore special, she is able to see through her double’s eyes and even control her without AltLivia being aware of it. I don’t know what triggers this. Perhaps it’s strong emotion and the fact that they were investigating the same case at the same time. While I can see why AltLivia might have become emotional at seeing Boston in flames, I don’t know she would be emotional at seeing Broylnate’s office or the FBI bullpen. But it’s a possible explanation. My theory is that Olivia, having regained her memories, will be able to flash over and see through AltLiv’s eyes and perhaps even control her. Then she could tell Peter directly that he left her behind and by the way, you’re sleeping with my double, you SOB!
