J.H Wyman has promised a “far-out” conclusion to the Fringe saga.
Speaking to Digital Spy at Comic-Con the Fringe showrunner teased the “far-out” journey planned for the fifth and final season:
“The jump ahead is going to be filled with lots of twists and turns and things you don’t expect, it’s a really interesting sort of playground and visually it’s really exciting being in the future.”
He continued:
“[It's going to have wow-factor], just the idea of where Big Brother left off and what happened next, so there’s a lot of opportunities to tell some far-out stories [with] things that shake you out of your comfort zone.”

Interesting it doesn’t even look like Anna especially in the lower facial features and the lips but I dunno with half bitten apple in the way.

The Father/Son relationship seems to be core to both John and Joshua and the Mother/Daughter relationship to Olivia.
I have the feeling that we are going to see a lot sparks with the family dynamics in play.

So, Etta has a twin!? Maybe an evil twin! Wouldn’t that be fun!

@Todd–
You know I was thinking the same thing, Etta having a twin… The evil part not so much… Hmm… That would be interesting… I was just telling a friend about this possibility the other day… Guess we’ll have to wait and see…

It’s Henry! He’ll be the evil one…
Comfort zone but I like my comfort zone! Wait a minute, this is Fringe, comfort zone is irrelevant.

I’m not sure how to feel about the series being set in the future. I may be in the minority, but I’ve never really been a fan of the episodes set there. I really enjoyed Season 3, but Season 4 seemed like a bit of a misstep. Only time will tell.

To be honest, I think it would suck if Etta would have some sort of mommy issues with Olivia, and argue with her all the time.

Why does it have to be an evil twin? I think it represents the fact that Peter and Olivia will have another child in the future.
I’m not crazy about the 2036 storyline, but there is not a darn thing we can do about it. I’m thankful for the 13-episode gift, but somewhat worried about the *“far-out” conclusion* statement. What on God’s green Earth can that mean?

That promo pic is from Season One (look at Olivia’s decent make-up!), so it means nothing for Season Five. Wyman (who joined with 1.18 Midnight) wasn’t even on board when they released that picture!
If you want to see anything, then it would have to be Henry and Henrietta.
