Olivia, for progressing in her journey towards having a bit more faith in herself. I found that whole story through this episode to be very compelling. And I appreciated how she was very active throughout this episode, working with Sam and doing all that she could do — even more than she believed she could do — to make it possible for Peter to get in the machine.

torn between Olivia and Peter, merely because they were ONE ! I loved them Both maybe this is the first time after s2 thatI feel that those two belong together ….. since there is no choice called Polivia … I gotta go with the second hilarious person in the episode : Sam Weiss ! I loved him and Still don’t trust him haha!

After watching ALL episodes i find it really sad that the producers of this tv series have not even thought it through one single time. If Olivia´s got telekinesis why don´t she just stop Walternate´s heart on the other side- and the problem would be solved whitout Peter even having to risk anything, period!!
But i guess it´s just american tv over againg, if you think about what you´re given, it wont make any sense at all.. But come on, in Europe we think about things and this one is a BIIIIIG FAIL. Sorry

“If Olivia´s got telekinesis why don´t she just stop Walternate´s heart on the other side”
LOOL!!
I for one hope they don’t turn Olivia to some Super-woman or “I don’t know what”.
Olivia’s Ability’s:
- moving between worlds
- Identifing things from the other side
- starting fire
“The Last Sam Weiss” Breaking news: – Olivia can do teleknesis too
I’m Afraid whenever they’ll need some super-resolution we’ll have Walter adding another Ability …. who knows maybe something like ” you Olivia have the ability to travel through time “

Don’t forget–from “Subject 13″–making it snow in Florida.
At one time, Olivia also had superhearing.
Then in “The Road Not Taken,” Sanford Harris said that Olivia activated the firestarter twin, Nancy Lewis, so Olivia must be able to activate the abilities of other Cortexicans.

ah! yes I forgot that, “The night of desirable Objects” they needed some one to hear the mole-baby sucking the life out of people, hang in there …. they had Olivia

She doesn’t know yet how to use her ability , and still it’s in her character since s1 she can switch off the light with her mind .
If you accept that the machine can only activate by Peter ..so why to not accept that Olivia can control it by her mind ? .. both Olivia and Peter are connecting to machine .. because both God chose them to create worlds .
my vote : Olivia , Walter , Sam

I go with Sam.
If not for his love of bowling, he would not know how to get around the laws in opposition.
The final match is coming up.

He deserves it ! The Last Sam Weiss, and hopefully not the last of.

the ’82 thing & even the bowling part (which was poorly written and unnecessary – unless it’s to keep us thinking he does have crazy powers – but it was made funny by Kevin)

Sam. Kevin Corrigan keeps reminding me of why he was one of my favorite indie film actors (Buffalo ’66 and The Slums of Beverly Hills being two of my favorites). The mystery of the quirky Sam Weiss deepened for me this episode. The “answers” he gave Olivia prompted more questions for me. And I really don’t believe Weiss is as normal and bumbling as he presented himself to be. Manipulation–for good or ill–was the goal of Sam’s act.
And as an added note: Thanks to the 6:O2 promos, I don’t think there’s just one Sam either.
After Sam, it was Peter, Olivia, and then Astrid. Except for a shining moments, like the pleading with God last episode, Walter has been mostly a miss for me. I don’t mean John Noble’s acting–he’s amazing!–I mean that Walter seems to get less development this season than even Broyles and Astrid got in the first. He needs to evolve steadily and consistently. And please…no more fart jokes.

I agree with the Walter thing. Bring back season 1 Walter and give him something to do other than fart for a cheap laugh!
