After this episode I dislike Bolivia even more. Too silly and immature for my taste. Actions have consecuences and I feel nothing for her.
She and this ridiculous pregnancy plot are testing my patience. I thought Fringe was different.

How can a pregnancy plot that’s only been alive for two minutes in the show’s time be testing your patience?

Well, I agree. The pregnancy was not a surprise at all, just a nightmare come true. It’s killing the fandom and maybe the show.

Because this has been building for some time. The pregnancy plot is simply a piece of the Peter-Olivia-Olivia-Plot = POOP. I hate the storyline. It is destroying the show, but the producers have said in interviews that it will be the core element of the show going forward. The ratings will continue to plunge.

Anna’s performance is as always superb though I cannot agree with the turn of events. I do not believe that Olivia (red) wanted this and for once her seemingly perfect life is disrupted. And who wants Walternate that much in your life…scary. Nevertheless, my love for this show will keep me watching.

absolutely. I agree with you roughdiamonds, 10 out of 10.
I posted something similar in the review, I hadn’t seen your comment before. Keep your patience strong guys. Fringe deserves that.

I voted for poor Frank. I’m liking Fauxlivia a little better, but she didn’t do much and neither did Lincoln, other than being an obnoxious little kid. Charlnate, Altstrid and Frank were likable, but Frank was the best of the 3, IMO.

I hope we get to see more of her.
Maybe she’ll give Scarlie a house call?

I’m actually liking Fauxlivia better since this episode. I know I am in the minority here, but I think this story line is going to redeem itself and have twists yet to come. I think this pregnancy arc is setting up some answers to make room for more mysteries.

Tres! I laughed out loud in this episode more then I have for a long time wataching Fringe and I felt compassion for characters I though I wouldn’t, especial Fauxlivia near the end. But it is grey area, and grey areas where the show roams.

I am going out on a limb and voting for Fauxlivia because I am becoming drawn to her and invested in her. I want to see more, to build a relationship not only with Fauxlivia but also with the other side. Plus Fauxlivia says sooo much with her eyes, just like Olivia. There has got to be more to the journey.

Faux is looking better because all the writers seem to be interested in with regard to Olivia is having her mope around over Peter — a “relationship” that was like 3 episodes old. They never even had sex.

The best relationships start with respect, trust, caring, and honesty. Well, in Peter’s case, 3 out of 4 ain’t bad. He will have to work on that last one though.

I voted Lincoln because of his clever solution to getting out of the freezer. I got the impression that a subtle story in this episode was Lincoln’s journey to being in charge of Fringe Division. You could tell he felt overwhelmed and inadequate for the job: Watching him sitting in alternate Broyles’ office made that desk seem very large. But I was very impressed by the way he handled himself at the end when faced with a likely death. For me, that showed just some of the potential he has and why he is qualified to be in charge of Fringe Division.
While I will admit that I grew slightly more sympathetic towards alternate Olivia, I couldn’t possibly justify voting for her. She lied and agreed to marry a man she doesn’t love, she got captured by the bad guy of the episode and couldn’t even rescue herself, and she’s pregnant. None of that earns her a vote in my book, and while it was a step in the right direction, there’s still a long way to go before I can say I like her.

Walternate surprised me this week in the fact he refused to cross the line in testing children. I admire the willingness to say no to something that is definatly ethically questionable, even though he would have gained knowledge.

I had to go for Armand Silva, although I literally loved the bug lady (Mona Foster): I recognized the actress who played angel Anna in supernatural, she’s very good.
