On the heels of the “They Are Coming” teaser, arrives an Etta-focused and footage-filled look at the Fringe Season 5 premiere, “Transilience Thought Unifier Model-11.”

Etta was apparently 4 years old when she was separated from her parents (per “Letters Of Transit“), which seems to fall in line with the above scene.

Was that more of a dream or nightmare sequence at the end. We saw a lot of those in season 4. If this is what I think is happening its very sad. Worthy mention to get ambered over.

Yes, and this time it is an Observerbomb that dropped!
I wonder if any of you feel like I do, which is that these characters almost seem like family to me. I guess because the show has been such a focus for me since the Pilot. When I watched this promo, I just felt so comfortable with these characters; it is as if I know them personally. Is that weird?
I’m rather depressed to think of the show ending, I can only imagine how the actors feel about the end.

one thing that is not matching in my head…
if olivia got pregnant in 2012, etta was born somewhere between end of 2012 and beginning of 2013. take that in consideration, and she was separeted from her parents only in 2016/2017. meaning after the purge. but this scene seems to be the purge itself, or olivia and peter wouldn’t be all calm and happy and unworried knowing what’s going on. so, the dates dont match. either etta confused herself when telling her story to simon, or the writers did. or i did, that’s an option as well

Maybe when the observers seized power in 2015 they were doing it in peaceful ways (september for president!!(or more likely a human figurehead with observers behind the scene)) but then the purge was a few years later when they started facing lots of resistance and could not stay in power usong peaceful methods (:
