Captain Windmark has issued a new protocol video ahead of the fifth and final season of Fringe.
The highly ranked Observer delivers another stern round of “native” restrictions in this new teaser for season 5. Watch Travel Protocol in the player below:
“Vigilance is a sign of loyalty. Natives must remain in their designated living quadrants and carry validated identification at all times. Natives Rights, statute 6B, allows for short-term travel to adjacent quadrants, but this can only be achieved if the proper authorization has been issued. In those instances, your transit papers will be required at all checkpoints. Failure to provide the proper paperwork will lead to a scan and detainment, at minimum. HEED. OBEY. SERVE.”
