I guess they used that shot and just “ambered it over” because they don’t have any real S5 footage yet.
so, I wouldn’t over-analyze this, they just wanted us to know that olivia is in amber too.

I am also fairly certian that Bell was in the same position/clothing in amber from when he held open the door in the opera house for Walter/Peter/Bolivia in ‘Over There Part II.’
