Welcome to the 5th annual Fringe Awards. Over the next few days, we’ll be collecting nominations for the best and not-so best from the final season of Fringe. Make sure your voice is heard by getting involved.

How to play:

  • Use the award category list (below) to clearly post your nominations in the comments section. For example:

Best Mythology – Cortexiphan
Saddest Death – Nina

  • A single nomination gains entry into the award polls, so try not to repeat nominations made other posters (please do check).
  • You can make a maximum of five nominations per category. There is no minimum requirement.
  • Deadline for all nominations: Wednesday, July 31 at 23:59 EST. Nominations made after this point will not be counted.

    Most Tragically Underused Character: Sam Weiss and I would have liked to see a glimpse of Walternate with Olivia was on the other side
    Most Satisfying Storyline/plot: The who is Donald? plot
    Most Frustrating Storyline/plot: The tapes and the plan that had so many missing parts until Donald came along.
    Most Intriguing Mythology: The info on the evolution of the observer tech
    Most Heartbreaking Death: Donald/September
    Saddest (non-death) Moment: Walter watching the video with Peter and saying that he has to be the one to go into the future with Michael.
    Biggest LOLment: The black umbrella cartoon video, the osmium loaded gun moment with Walter and Peter in the finale, and peter grabbing a bunch of hair from his head while he has the observer tech in his brain.
    Most Defining Moment: The Walter and Astrid conversation when Astrid shows Walter the ambered Gene.
    Best Technology/Science: Even though this is an old thing, cortexifan because it is just so useful.
    Best Location: The pocket universe
    Most Delicious Food Reference: red vines.
    Best Duo: Donald and Michael
    Best Reveal/Answer: How exactly the plan tied in with saving the world from observers
    Most Cliffhangery Cliffhanger: Peter putting the observer tech in his head.

    Well everyone else has nominated things I would have but here are a few others

    Biggest LoLment: when Walter and Peter shot the launger at Astrid
    Most defining moment: When Olivia faced her grief over Etta and called Peter to ask him to come home.
    Olivia excepting her abilities and using her power to smash Windmark between the cars. ( I will always maintain that this story was Olivia’s journey)
    Best location: Over There
    Most powerful theme: Hope
    Best Quotable: Olivia’s speech to Peter on the bridge. Emotions ARE what makes us human!

    This is kind of bittersweet. Our last season awards. I miss all this and the show so much!!
