I don’t think anyone hates walter.
some people are just in love with josh/peter so they vote for him no matter what.
to make this clear, I think jacksons acting was great in this episode, right from the beginning of the episode you could see how he slowly transformed, the way he talked, his body language, being more distant and so on.
but nobles performance of “walter as walternate but still walter” was better in my opinion.

I didn’t particularly enjoy this episode, but my vote goes to Walter nonetheless. I’m also voting Olivia in the “best smile” category. Her little smile to Peter at the end of the episode was definitely the highlight for me.

Just relating this episode to some gr.7 geometery…
if universe no.1 has a parrallel universe (walternate’s universe) that makes the ‘pocket universe’ a transversal. Just a review; a transversal is a line segment that crosses a pair of parallel lines. If this transversal universe crosses universe one and 2 does that mean it’s accesible to the other side? Yes. So, that means that the alternate universe can access universe one by going through the transversal universe and out the vertecie where it meets up with universe one. The two universes could use the transversal as a tunnel! here is a picture for clarification.
