What?? I don’t get it, are we supposed to understand that they are going to have a case that we’ve already seen in the original timeline? That would be interesting..

These press releases are getting more and more annoying….They do nothing but raise a question mark in your head

OK, so does it happen at Reiden Lake? Or do we get a hook back into Walternate? Remember, he did tell Peter that “not everything is as it seems.” Something sort of implied is, if it is familiar to only Peter, the Fringe team has never seen this before, which means Olivia does not have a recollection of it. Which would seem to indicate that Peter is out of his timeline still.

My advice: Dont read too much into this, there just trying to announce the press release for 4.16 without spoiling anything of 4.15 and have ended up with an incredibly vague useless “premise”

Precisely. A more vague press release usually means greater amount of serialization. This is a good thing. Why would you want something that might be awesome spoiled anyways?

I don’t care what happens or what it is, I just want it now!
This wait is killing me.

What on earth is “this world”? Are we going back to the proper timeline?

I think in the episode 4×16 we will be back at blue!verse with blue intro and the case will be from amber!verse, that’s why only Peter is familiar with it, he is the one that visited other timelines.
Disturbs me to think that they’ll go the road that this is not our universe and Peter really has a home to go and he finally goes home at 4×15 instead of to realise that he’s home already, but let’s wait and see.

I am not sure they are going home to the original timeline in 4.15. They still have to resolve DRJ and Bad, Bad Nina, right? In the original timeline, Senor Jones es frio en terreno, no? Plus Walter needs to revert to being who he was. Then, too, is the complication of Fauxlivia having to remember her relationship with Peter.
What we have is a conundrum: If he is “home,” then we as an audience have to accept that nothing in the first three seasons happened, because some of the main characters don’t remember much if any of it (excepting Olivia’s memories with Peter). This impacts the relationships within the Fringe Family. Walter certainly doesn’t remember. Astrid doesn’t remember. Broyles, Nina, and yes, even Lincoln…
But, if Peter is NOT “home,” then several things must be closed-up for him to go “home.”
I think we will see some sort of transcendent event in the next several episodes which will get Peter to “his timeline, and his Olivia.”

This is as it should be, really. It won’t be airing until April (I think) so it’s good they’re just giving us a bare hint.
It’s been fascinating watching Olivia’s memories from the different timelines mingle, so this sounds promising.
