Despite my disappointment with, and strong dislike for, season 4… Fringe 5 remains my most anticipated show this year.
I really hope they rehabilitate at least some of the severed ties of seasons 1-3.
My sense of estrangement from the show remains, as does the frustration of how easily season 4 could have been shaped into the most jaw-dropping Fringe outing ever, but was squandered.
Just venting – pointlessly, I guess. I’m a fan, not a fanboy, but as I said… I’ll still be counting the days until 5 breaks
Anyhow, what’s done can’t be undone, but I wonder if, ten years down the line, we’ll see a remake/reboot of Fringe?

I wouldn’t be surprized if they made a movie in a few years, but Fringe has the hallmarks of a show that gets remade like BSG, but they won’t be able to make it any better than this any time soon. Still, give everybody a break for a few years and make a movie somewhere between season 2-3, or after the events of the show like Serenity.
