They aren’t even sleeping in the same bed! I’m pissed. They are married so why the separate cots? Why doesn’t Joel explain things? Like the fact that Peter is wearing his wedding ring. How about giving us something?

All sneak peeks are obviously from the beginning of the episode and it looks like a slow start.

Hopefully this means there is so much stuff in the other 40 some odd minutes of the episode that it would be too much of a giveaway to show clips. I hope I hope I hope!

ML – They probably aren’t sleeping in the same bed because cots were all that was available. Also, remember they have been estranged for much of the season.
Also, Olivia worrying about Peter makes sense. This doesn’t mean she has no storyline. From the previews, it looks as though she will be running the show. In terms of her overall arc–it may be about her trusting and loving unconditionally. I don’t know . . . actually, I’m not too concerned. I just want to enjoy the final journey. I’m just thankful that our big three (and Astrid) are all together to complete the mission. I just hope they survive at the end.

I’ve made the excuses for Wyman but if P/O are back together then they should be in the same bed.
Sleep on the floor if you have to but sleeping separately? What is Wyman telling us? Is it because they only have cots or is it because they are still estranged? I have no idea because Wyman doesn’t give us scenes about this stuff. Peter has his wedding ring back on but we won’t get a scene where they discuss their marriage.
Olivia’s been worrying about Peter all season. That’s all she’s done beside mourn her daughter.
Remember the good times when Olivia actually was the lead here? This season is so bonkers they took their lead character and made her supporting.
I’m sorry I’m just annoyed today. Maybe Wyman will surprise me with this ep but with only a few eps left he better surprise me big time.

But Peter’s obviously in physical pain, and they are always running and gunning so they are probably tired. I can see just really wanting a good night’s sleep rather than being on an uncomfortable floor or being smashed in a tiny bed to where you can’t sleep. There are some times where sleep just takes precedence.

The fact that Peter and Olivia aren’t sleeping in the same bed is far from my list of concerns this season. Yes, as the fangirl I am, I would love an awesome scene of them waking up together and whatnot, but I’m more concerned with the fact that we’ve now had 8 episodes with very little plot development which leaves very few for resolution of the whole story, of which P/O is only one part.
There’s either a legitimate reason they were sleeping in separate beds, which will come up later, or it just is what it is and isn’t relevant to the story.

I’m with you, ML. Why are they still sleeping separately? Would have appreciated a scene showing us Peter putting the ring back on. I still don’t know why he just wore it around his neck when Olivia and him were kinda distant.
I don’t expect Olivia to be a robot or anything and not care about anyone but worrying about Peter and grieving Etta shouldn’t be the only thing she does throughout this season. Wyman defended putting her on the backburner by saying she needed time to self-actualize. I get it. I really do. Not really an “arc” that needs 13 whole episodes though. Something a little more exciting than that would be nice in these final 5 episodes.

I’m Not worried about P/O in separate beds. Those look like tiny cots (someone else mentioned this too) and if he’s not sleeping well and moving around a lot, it makes sense he’d use his own bed to try and sleep. Not be squished sharing one. I mean, Peter’s not a small guy, pretty tall and broad. And Olivia is not a petite little bean stalk. (Now, healthy Peter being squished with Liv in a tiny bed is good thing LOL) Maybe they tried using one the few nights after tech was out but then decided till he’s sleeping more sound, to use two. Either way. Besides, looks like Peter has his ring back on and there’s a kiss later in the ep, according to promo 1. (the shipper in me is on a roll haahahaha!)
