I smell trouble with this episode… I hope that Peter can fight the observer tech he has in him… I so cannot wait for next week! YAY!

After this promo, it’s quite obvious what Peter is planning to do next. He wants to go back in time, and save Etta from being killed. Of course, his plan has a tiny problem. If he succeds, and if Etta doesn’t dye, than he wouldn’t take the Observer tech, and he wouldn’t be able go back in time to save Etta. This kind of paradoxes are the biggest problems at time travelling.

Is it just me, or has it been addressed already? But 20-5-10 (or 20 May 2010) is when “Over There” part 2 (season two’s finale) was first aired…. Are there ANY possibilities (or theories) as to why they chose THIS name for the title episode??? I mean, with call backs to “The Inner Child” in season 1, a so-called ‘Donald’ (hints to the episode “August” in season 2), The “Wormhole/membrane m-theory manipulating/pocket universe” apartment appearing to be the one from Subject 9 (i believe THAT was the one when peter was RE-manifested at Crystal Lake…lol) back in season 4 (and also a HUGE SHOUT OUT to those “epically weird episodes”; such as BB, LSD,The Road Not Taken and Letters of Transit… Wyman DID say that there would be a semi-trippy episode)…. With out any APPARENT call backs to season three, I can’t help but wonder if that RADIO that they found is automatically tuned to 6955KHz like the “numbers reciting station” from season three… SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? Am I just reading TOO MUCH into nothing?
Sorry for the prolixity guys, but something this obvious is usually never coincidence with this show.

Thanks Surun… The bad thing is that I read that link when it first was published. But even at that time, things didn’t click as much as they do now. ESPECIALLY after this last episode (5.06); there are WAY TOO MANY parallels. thanks for the reminder!

At least Olivia knows that peter has observer tech in him (at least that’s my interpretation and wishful thinking), I believe that they showed the events in this promo out of order… BECAUSE on the monorail in 5.06, Olive asked Petah how did he know how to get them out of there (the apartment I suppose), and Petey said that he would tell her later. ALSO, if you see when the “Nuclear footballs” break the surface, Olivia asked Peter explicitly: “What did you do?” so I imagine that he might’ve told the team of the recent happenings (at least I hope he did; that way if something goes awry, at least they MIGHT be able to help him).

I felt that during Through the Looking Glass Olivia could sense that something was up with Peter and now it seems like this episode that cat will have to come out of the bag.
And im just wondering how Olivia will respond when she finds out peter has been lying especially since she told him during Through the Looking Glass that she wants them to be able to tell each other things
