So much for airing the first four eps back-to-back. Isn’t that what they said a while ago? Even it its last season a show-friendly schedule for Fringe is too much to expect from FOX. I just don’t get why the push it back for an X-Factor repeat. Too bad we have to hold out an extra week for this one, I’ve been waiting for Broyles (and Nina) to make an appearance.

They pushed it back for an X-Factor repeat because it’s likely to be pre-empted by a game five of baseball. It’s to be expected that baseball will interrupt the continuity of episodes… can’t really blame FOX on that one… So I’m disappointed that we have to wait an extra week for this episode that, by all accounts, is one of the best, but I had expected it, so no real surprise.
I hadn’t anticipated Broyles’ reappearance to be a pivotal factor in this episode… I’m anxious to see how it plays out. While I have faith in Fringe, they do have to be careful because they can only use the plot of needing to infiltrate a “a hostile and heavily guarded location” so many times before it gets old…

Oh, it’s that time of year again! Thanks for the explanation. Living in Europe, I’m completely unaware of playoff dates in the States. Seriously, between baseball and the pre-election debates I only get half the usual number of shows to watch each week at present.

I never played baseball either. I never even watched a game of baseball (it’s not very popular here).
But how those it dare to can take over a Fringe friday?!

Yeah its not very popular here either.
Although football is very popular here and I’ve never really watched a game of that either (:
But yeah… Who wants to watch baseball when you could be watching fringe!!?(:

I’m wondering if the “hostile” location is Fringe Division HQ. Considering that Etta has been discovered by Windmark, I assume she no longer has easy access to it. And it may be a logical place to hide one of Walter’s tapes (right under the enemy’s nose).

This episode is being hyped up so much I just know I’ll be setting myself up for major disappointment if I get excited about it.

We all know Broyles reports to Windmark, either he betrays them because of solidarity in the world or helps them.
If Broyles turns the cheek to our team he will have to pay the price to Windmark for or our Fringe team.
There is no room for another investigator to save the world. Broyles could either be sacrificed immediately for his betrayal, or later; we’ll see.

I’m sure Broyles will help them.
