Wow its getting close now didn’t realise, I’ve not allowed myself to get as excited about this season as season 4 which I hated, I just hope its excellent.
Hot debate. What do you think?

Honestly, I had my choice thoughts on season four, especially when it concerned the Lincoln character, but as I re-watched it, I genuinely started to appreciate the differences and variances of the season compared to the first three, not to mention the human emotion that ran rampant through all the episodes. Really, season 4 may be my favorite, because after having established the relationships between all the characters, we got a complete re-write only to have said establishments introduced again, though admittedly differently as it pertains to Papa and son Bishop. Season four was all about the love gained through the first three seasons, and the emotional toll it takes when it’s lost through consequence. Quite frankly, I love the idea of that concept entirely.

I completely agree! It was so great to see all those relationships in a different way and how everything got back to “normal”.
I think through all the seasons it was always peters “journey” of getting “home”, respectively, finding out what home is…
and I think the pay-off in S4 was really great…
peter, olivia and walter were finally all happy together and they overcame all the hurdles that got in their way…
Fringe just gets better every season and I think S5 will put the cherry on top of an outstanding show.

I REALLY hope they find some way to remove Simon from amber. I would love to have Henry Ian Cusick back in the cast!

Yey! I thought they weren’t going to be “officially” married, thought maybe it was just a dream or a vision of one of our characters, so to see it’s actually real is a nice lil treat. I’m getting goosebumps thinking of this season. I know I’m in the minority who thinks so, but this show just keeps getting better as it goes on. Season 5 is gonna rock the known universe. And all the invisible, hidden ones, too.
