Fringe friends - here to stay?

Fox Entertainment boss, Kevin Reilly, has given “Fringe” another boost by reiterating the possibility of a second season.

Fringe, one of the few hits of the fall, has not yet been picked up for a second season, but fans should not worry. “I would anticipate it would be,” Reilly said. The show has generated good if not stellar ratings but has a loyal cult following. Fringe returns with new episodes on Jan. 20 and will air Tuesdays at 9 p.m.

Whilst nothing is set in stone yet, these are positive sounds for a creative, brave and intelligent show which truly deserves our support.

I think FRINGE does deserve a second season. It is a great show. Science fiction, drama, and some romance, besides the characters, is what I personally like about this show. Olivia and Peter, I think, are going to be together some day. They seem really close. As for Walter Bishop, he is incredibly funny. He makes me laugh at times. That boyfriend of Olivia’s, John Scott, I think, was his name, he is kind of creepy. But I think some of the things he did, he did to protect Olivia. What would this world be like without a little thriller and suspense? Don’t you think a second chance is what we need for FRINGE?
