Prior to the season 2 finale of Fringe, executive producer J.H. Wyman hinted that there would be a season 3-hinting clue that would require all of our Jedi powers to unearth. I may have made up the Jedi part, but here’s the quote:
“In the season finale, there is one hidden thing in there that I and Jeff will both be really impressed if anybody picks up. So, there you go. There’s one to look for in the season finale that’s very telling about next season but also very hard to find.”
Now that we’ve had a week or so to decompress from crossing over to the Other Side, I’m wondering..did we find it, or is the truth still out there desperately waving for attention?

I don’t know about you, but I’m still decompressing from the Fringe season 2 finale and the 20 hour Lost series finale happening in the same week (thanks fate!). But the fun is just beginning for the UK, who will be able to see what happens to Pete-ah and the gang, beginning this Tuesday on Sky.
In preparation for the event, Lance Reddick has been talking to Digital Spy about what fans can expect in the finale. He throws up (not literally) a few things that I found interesting – head past the jump to check it out.

The final Fringe ratings news for Season 2 (aside from DVR figures which I’m sure we’ll cover when we get them) does not include the uptick I was hoping for. Bellie doesn’t exactly look too pleased either. Part 2 of the Season finale fell 13% from the previous week to a 2.0 rating, drawing in 5.8 million Nielsen viewers.
Looks like the Grey’s Anatomy season finale didn’t help.
