Daily Poll: 2.05 Fringie of the Week

2.05 Fringie of the Week

UPDATE: Congratulations to Olivia Dunham and Anna Torv for winning the 2.05 Dream Logic Fringie of the Week with 34% of the total vote. Olivia now heads the table with 4 wins to Peter’s 1.

Welcome to Fringie of the Week – the weekly poll where Fringe fans get to vote for their favourite character performance from the latest episode.

Olivia shaded Evil Charlie by just one vote last week, proving that every vote really does count. This takes her total for the season up to three victories, with Peter her only challenger so far with one win.

With most of the season yet to unfold there’s still everything to play for! Feel free to make your vote count.

I’ve developed a real curiosity about Sam Weiss. I liked what he did for ‘Liv in this episode. While my knee-jerk would be a vote for her, Sam gets this week’s vote for helping my girl out.

To be honest, I don’t understand what is so special about Olivia in this episode. It was PETER who had the dream which mostly everyone said was the best moment of the episode. This poll is rigged, I know it.

Yes, that’s right, the poll is rigged. That would surely explain it! 😛

Seriously LadyCroft, you need to stop bashing other characters and fans. People will vote for who they want. Why would you want to control that? By all means give your opinion, but let’s be mature, otherwise I’ll have to moderate all of your posts and I really don’t want to be doing that.

(also, I think letting people vote once is the fairest method, for the reasons mlj stated).

Not to mention, all olivia did was circle numbers on business cards. What the hell and she gets 52 % of the votes? Are Olivia fans the only people voting? You know, Roco, you should let people vote multiple times, it is not fair for Olivia to win 4 times in a row. It only shows this poll is rigged.

Enough is enough already! We get the picture. And, honestly, you’re really in no position to complain, considering you said that you yourself voted for Olivia in this poll. So just let it go.

You may think that Olivia did nothing significant in this episode, but apparently 54 people (at the time of writing this) DO think she did something significant or memorable. And they’re entitled to their opinion just as much as you are entitled to yours.

As far as I’m concerned, the poll is very fair, and it would only be if Roco were to allow multiple voting that it would become rigged because there would be all the Olivia haters who would vote non-stop for anyone but Olivia.

Are Olivia fans the only ones voting? Obviously not, considering that 117 votes are for someone other than Olivia.

Who’s to say it’s unfair for Olivia to win 4 times in a row? If it were Peter who had won 4 times in a row, would you still be complaining? And look, Peter’s even ahead, at least for the moment. So you can calm down. Obviously it’s a close race.

And if Olivia does win again, it’s not the end of the world.

I thought Olivia showed good emotion during the scenes where she was thinking about Charlie. Good job, Anna Torv!

    Honorable mention – John Noble

I hope Joshua jackson gets nominated for Favorite Tv drama actor and anna gets snubbed. That would definitely show the people here on fringebloggers that Peter/Josh should get some credit which he CLEARLY doesn’t get.
