Creepy Bald Guy Makes Another Appearance

If you watched last nights ‘Ghost Network’ episode closely, you might have noticed that a familiar on-looker was once again present. As we noted in our last easteregg round-up, there’s a pattern emerging in these early Fringe episodes. This pattern, however, is that of a creepy bald guy – or ‘CBG’ as being called on the forums – who seems to be have a thing for watching our team, as they ‘find the pattern’:

Observe, if you will:

‘CBG’ in episode 1 (outside Massive Dynamic) and episode 2 (inside the hospital – inset):

‘CBG’ on the train watching Olivia as she passes by him - episode 3:

Anyone else got the shivers? We can’t wait to find out more about this guy, it’s a great play by the creators, giving us just enough of him to speculate and wonder. It’s this kind of thing that brings us back time and time again to JJ’s shows, and dispels any worries that we might have had about the show ditching over-arching story-lines and mythology for dumbed-down nonsense.

More discussion and thoughts on CBG can also be found here.

Creepy Bald Guy crossed the street in last episode “Bad Dreams” as Olivia arrives at building where everyone is set to jump off the building, the episode before with “Inner Child” as the boy is driving away he sees the CBG staring at him from the sidewalk….!!

Can’t wait to see him get a bigger part
